Reduced real lifetime of PV panels – Economic consequences

The maintenance and analyzing failures of PV systems and plants are becoming more and more important issues. Our data from the long-term operation of 85 photovoltaic power plants in central Europe show that their actual lifetime is about half that of the originally planned lifetime. After about 10 years, serious failures of 1st tier (bankable) PV panels occur at an increasing rate. This article presents selected typical data and describes the most serious failures. Furthermore, economic calculations of returns on investment are carried out in relation to the price of electricity, which is currently changing at a rapid pace. It shows that the PV panel lifetime reduction from 20 to 30 years, declared at commercial leaflets, to real lifetime about 10–12 years can reduce PV power plant profit substantially, but the investment is still worth it. The reason is that after 10–12 years ser vice/maintenance expenses to replace damaged PV panels and inverters are growing very quickly. The new information could be helpful for owners of PV power plants to get a more realistic estimation of profits

Mutational Patterns in RNA Secondary Structure Evolution Examined in Three RNA Families

The goal of this work was to study mutational patterns in the evolution of RNA secondary structure. We analyzed bacterial tmRNA, RNaseP and eukaryotic telomerase RNA secondary structures, mapping structural variability onto phylogenetic trees constructed primarily from rRNA sequences. We found that secondary structures evolve both by whole stem insertion/deletion, and by mutations that create or disrupt stem base pairing. We analyzed the evolution of stem lengths and constructed substitution matrices describing the changes responsible for the variation in the RNA stem length. In addition, we used principal component analysis of the stem length data to determine the most variable stems in different families of RNA. This data provides new insights into the evolution of RNA secondary structures and patterns of variation in the lengths of double helical regions of RNA molecules. Our findings will facilitate design of improved mutational models for RNA structure evolution

Basing itself upon the works of the Apostolic Fathers, first apologists and other Christian literature, it analyzes Trinitarian motives in the church's liturgy and life of the time. This historical layer reflects the first stages of consciousness emergence of the Trinitarian dogma. Study seeks to examine, what ways led to the development of an explicit doctrine of the Trinity, believed, taught, and confessed by the church of the first and second centuries. Evaluation of the wear resistance in XCr18 cast iron

Import 02/11/2016Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením a srovnáním odolnosti proti otěru litiny XCr18 v litém a tepelně zpracovaném stavu v módu valivého tření. Výsledky jsou srovnány s jinými materiálovými alternativami, vč. použitého sendvičového povlaku typu TiN/TiB2. Analýzy jsou také provedeny na základě měření tvrdosti, chemické analýzy a metalografického pozorování, vč. informativní fázové obrazové analýzy.The Thesis deals with evaluation and comparison of abrasion wear resistance of white cast iron XCr18 in as-cast and heat treated state in rolling friction mode. The results are compared with other material alternatives, incl. used sandwich coating of type TiN/TiB2. Verification of determining the magnitude of deformations using the ARGUS

V první části diplomové práce se věnuji problematice plošného tváření z hlediska zásoby plasticity. Zkouškami, kterými mohu zjistit parametry materiálů a jejich vhodnost pro tvářecí operace. Dále metodou měření deformací během tvářecího procesu. K těmto měřením jsou zapotřebí deformační sítě, které se nanášejí na povrch materiálu. V práci jsou tyto sítě popsány, jejich druhy, způsoby nanášení a způsoby vyhodnocení. V další části práce se věnuji popisu deformací na malých poloměrech. K popisu materiálu byla zvolena metoda laserového popisování, u které je nutné vyhodnotit čitelnost nanesené sítě, její parametry z hlediska přesnosti nanesených elementů a vliv laseru na materiál. V poslední části projektu jsem se věnoval verifikací výstupů z 3D optického vyhodnocovacího systému ARGUS. Tyto výstupy jsem porovnal s jinými konvenčními metodami měření tloušťky materiálu.In the first part of my dissertation I devote to the sheet metal forming in terms of store plasticity. Tests, which I can determine parameters of materials and their suitability for forming operations. Further, I write about the method of measuring deformations during the forming process. To these measurements are required deformation networks, which are applied to the material surface. In this work are described these networks, their types, ways of application and evaluation methods. In the next part of my work I describe the deformation at small radii. To description of the materials was chosen the method of laser marking, in which is necessary to evaluate the readability of the applied networks, its parameters with a respect to accuracy deposited elements and the influence of the laser material. In the last part of the project I dealt with the verification of results from 3D optical system of ARGUS. These results I compared with other conventional methods of measuring the thickness of material

První část práce je teoretická a zabývá se celkovým seznámením se s mobilním systémem Festo Roborino (dále jen ''Robotino''). Jsou zde všechny důležité informace o jeho konstrukci a možnostech. Druhá část práce je také teoretická a zabývá se možnostmi navigace mobilních robotů ve vnitřním prostředí. Naleznete zde rešerši všech možností navigace mobilních robotů ve vnitřním prostředí. Třetí část práce je nejdůležitější a obsahuje vypracované úlohy pro studenty na hodiny základy robotiky. Všechny tři úlohy jsou vytvořeny tak, aby se studenti naučili naprogramovat mobilní robotický systém Festo Robotino a zároveň aby se seznámili s možnostmi navigace mobilních robotů ve vnitřním prostředí.?Čtvrtá část práce obsahuje zhodnocení stávající konfigurace Robotina.
